​1-WEBSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Service Agreements
All vehicle wrap and design services are governed by separate signed agreements.
2. Pricing
Quotes are estimates and may vary depending on vehicle condition, design complexity, and surface issues.
3. Intellectual Property
All designs remain property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
5. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
2-VEHICLE WRAP SERVICE AGREEMENT
1. Personal Items
Client must remove all valuables prior to drop-off. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
2. Vehicle Condition
Vehicle must be washed before drop-off. If not, cleaning fee of $100–$150 CAD applies.
We are not responsible for:

Rust
-
Paint defects
-
Rock chips
-
Repainted panels
-
Clear coat failure
Material lifting caused by these issues is not covered under warranty.
3. Payment Terms

$250 non-refundable design deposit required
-
50% of remaining balance due before printing (non-refundable)
-
Remaining 50% due at pickup
Vehicle will NOT be released until full payment is received.
Company reserves the right to withhold vehicle release for non-payment.
4. Post-Installation Inspection
Client must return within 15–40 days for inspection.
Failure to do so voids edge-lifting warranty.
5. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:

Automatic car washes
-
Pressure washing edges
-
Accidents
-
Negligence
-
Chemical damage
-
Stone chips
3-MEDIA & MARKETING RELEASE POLICY
Media Consent & Public Display Agreement
By proceeding with service, the Client agrees to the following:
1. Photography & Video
The Company may photograph or record the vehicle before, during, and after installation.
2. Marketing Use
Unless the Client provides written objection prior to project completion, the Company may use vehicle images and videos for:

Instagram
-
Facebook
-
Website
-
Online advertising
-
Portfolio
-
Printed marketing materials
3. License Plate & Identifiers
Vehicle license plates, branding, and exterior features may be visible in posted content.
If the Client wishes the license plate or identifying details to be blurred or removed, a written request must be submitted before publication.
Absent such written request, the Client grants permission for public display.
4. No Compensation
Client acknowledges that no compensation is owed for use of images for marketing purposes.
5. Withdrawal of Consent
If the Client later requests removal of content, the Company will make reasonable efforts to remove future promotional use, but is not responsible for third-party sharing or prior distribution.

4. Payment Security
We do not store full credit card details. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
5. Data Retention
Information is retained only as long as necessary for legal, accounting, and warranty purposes.

​DESIGN SERVICE AGREEMENT
Satin Auto Wrap Inc. / Satin Graphic Inc.
By proceeding with payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following legally binding terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Design Services
1.1 The Company will provide three (3) original design concepts based on the Client’s written brief and project requirements.
1.2 The Client must select one (1) of the three concepts to proceed to the revision stage.
1.3 Failure to select a concept within a reasonable time may result in project suspension.

2. Revision Terms
2.1 Once a concept is selected, the Company provides unlimited revisions strictly within the scope of the selected concept.
2.2 “Unlimited revisions” means reasonable refinements and adjustments to the approved concept direction. This includes layout alignment, typography adjustments, sizing, positioning, and reasonable color corrections.
2.3 Unlimited revisions does NOT include:
• Development of new concepts beyond the original three
• Complete redesign of the project
• Major stylistic direction changes
• Repetitive experimental changes without commitment
• Multiple color trial cycles without approval intent
• Back-and-forth conceptual changes that alter the original approved direction
2.4 If revision requests exceed reasonable professional standards or demonstrate inconsistent direction, the Company reserves the right to:
• Charge additional fees at a rate determined by the Company
• Convert the project to a billable hourly structure
• Terminate the project without refund
The determination of “reasonable scope” shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.

3. Additional Concept Requests
Any request for additional design concepts beyond the initial three (3) concepts will incur an additional fee of $50 CAD per concept.
Payment must be made prior to development of the new concept.

4. Design Fee & Payment Terms
4.1 The design fee is non-refundable once work has commenced.
4.2 The design fee compensates the Company for creative labor, development time, and professional services rendered.
4.3 Cancellation by the Client during the design phase does not entitle the Client to a refund.

5. Approval & Responsibility
5.1 Production will not begin until written approval is received from the Client.
5.2 Once final approval is given:
• The Client assumes full responsibility for spelling, grammar, layout, measurements, and design content.
• Any post-approval changes will incur additional charges.
The Company is not liable for errors approved by the Client.

6. Color Disclaimer & Print Variations
6.1 All print files are prepared in CMYK color mode.
6.2 The Client understands that RGB digital displays (phones, tablets, standard monitors) may show colors differently than printed output.
6.3 Minor color variations between digital previews and final printed materials are normal and industry standard.
6.4 The Client is strongly encouraged to request a physical test print prior to production.
6.5 If the Client declines a test print and approves the design digitally, the Company shall not be held responsible for color discrepancies.

7. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if:
• The Client becomes uncooperative or unprofessional
• Requests exceed reasonable scope
• Payment terms are violated
• Communication becomes abusive or disruptive
Termination under these circumstances does not entitle the Client to a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Satin Auto Wrap Inc. or Satin Graphic Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the design services provided.
Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the design service.
